Phone Wish List

People had been crazy  about iPhone I mean literally all the people I accidentally bumped into has this device and not to mention a little baby  holding a iPhone3gs just trying to watch  an animated movie by  Barbie (  I shook my head upon seeing thisin dismay  )

It's amazing that  our world had been   evolving with all the gadgets around us, and not to  mention the  apps and social networks that  seem so popular with the youth today  ,...

It's sad to say  that  my  phone NOKIA has been with me for almost  10 years now ( yes 10 years  you read it  right ) and still  going and going, but  the past  weeks i  have been deliberately talking myself into  getting a new phone ( my  nokia is still  good , however the  Yahoo Msgr apps and the  email  function has been tainted a little bit bec of  dropping my device all the time),

there are 2 phones that  I really want  the HELLO KITTY SAMSUNG WAVE  which only are available in  FRANCE and are UNLOCK and are ready  to be used anywhere in the world ...

then  came the TOKIDOKI HUWEI which is  sanctioned by  Simone Legno and METRO PC... the item is  LIMITED EDITION which means only a few folks will have this  phone

My Chinellas de Tory { Tory Burch Flip Flops }

Because of my work,  I  usually wear sneakers or those comfy Scrub Crocs footwear ( they  are comfy  though  ^_^ ) ,
so when  Summer came I  didn't feel  like  spending too  much for flip flops or from  my native tongue we call  TSINELAS
( Filipino  term for Flipflops )

Since Tsinelas or some people spell it Chinellas usually get run down even before the end of summer. I  wasn't in the mood to  splurge, but when I  saw these Tory  Burch  Purple Print Flipflops I  just  had to get them (  the Shoppaholic in  Me were Screaming  inside my head ) .

And yes I  got  them and after wearing them for almost 2 months  (  almost  everyday  whenever I'm home  or running errands  or a stroll in the mall ) , they  still  are intact  the print doesn't smudge at  all . So paying  $45 plus the sales tax on these babies are worht it!

They  are cute , comfy  and yes worth every penny  of  my money  !

Stages of a BROKEN HEART

 

Before anything else , I would want to make it clear that I'm posting this entry  just  for a mere recollection of what  it feels like to  have a BROKEN HEART.... and to  help  someone understand the stages of having a broken heart.

 I can  call  this  my  Little Memoir of my  one experiences with the so called thing about Love ....

LOVE and TO  BE LOVED by someone is such a wonderful  thing, however sometimes there are circumstances that  this uber happy feeling will become HISTORY ... and it just comes without any warning.

 Having a broken heart  is one of the worst  feeling you  could have experience as a person, nothing can prepare you  for it ... you  even go to a trance that   it feels like the whole world had stopped moving and it practically  makes you insane for quite some time ( from my  own experience I  should know nakakaloka! )


So  what  are these stages of a BROKEN Heart.

1. Denial - We tend to  deny  that  it's over as in over na talaga ang hirap idagest  ika nga sa tagalog , para ka mababaliw . So  if it helps , confide to someone whom you trust and can lend you words of wisdom.

2. Anger & Depression - We eventually have mixed emotions we are super angry of course that lahat na ata ng cuss words e nagamit mo na . Then there's the tendency  of staying away from close friends and even family members .

3. Stay away  from  the EX - We often hear people say,
" WELL YOU GUYS CAN BE FRIENDS "  hmmm ... I can say  is " YES " , if you are TOTALLY OVER him already na kahit iparada nya sa harap mo  na may  iba na sya , it won't hurt you not a 'lil bit .


 It is good to  be friends with the ex when you have HEALED completely and ready  to  be friends with him. But after a breakup it's not good to  go parading yourself in front of him because you have this notion that since you're thinking of him , maybe he is thinking of you too ( reality girls , guys are really different when dealing with their emotions ). You don't want to look like a desperada  every time you write to him, talk to him or visit his house, you're taking a step backward instead of forward.

4. Acceptance & Learning- To be able to truly move on, you have to fully digest what happened to turn the relationship sour. Identify the reasons that contributed to the breakup, what role you played in those reasons and what you will do differently in the future for a successful relationship. Don't beat yourself up. Relationships run their course for a reason, and they prepare you for the time when you actually do find Mr. Right. You learn with every experience in life, and breakups are no different. 

There are 2 quotes come to mind when healing a broken heart:

TIME HEALS ALL WOUNDS
                          and
WHERE ONE DOOR CLOSES, ANOTHER ONE OPENS

two quotes that are  yeah cheesy,  but absolutely  true.

 While you may not be able to see the light at the end of the dark tunnel now,  the day will come when you'll know that your broken heart has officially healed and you can 
LAUGH OUT LOUD when you look back at those painful memories .

Tokidoki for Japan

 Last  March 11th at 2:46 p.m.

Japan was hit with a  10 meter high TSUNAMI & then a intense earthquake hit  the tiny  island. . . Now  a Nuclear breakout.

 When  it comes to  helping out I'm always  ready  to  lend my hand ...

i really would love to be in this  Relief run, but  I'm out of  state right now :( and i  live in the east coast  ....  It's good to know  i can still  help  out without doing the actual  RUN RELIEF , and just  buying this very  cute shirt and exclusively made by  the TKDK designer Simone Legno with  the collaboration and fund raiser Josh Duhamel  ( famously  known and recognized in the hit film ,  TRANSFORMERS ) .

 this  is not the   first  time Josh did a fund raiser, he did it also  last year with  the Haiti  earthquake victims and i t was successful  of course....

He is no just  a pretty  face but  also  with a compassionate heart =)

Wow Mali

Most people have Facebook accounts , just to keep in touch with long lost friends .
Frankly , I hesitated to open one since I told myself that I'll only update JUST ONE network account and yes that  is my BLOGSITE & PLURK


However my friends from school and work had hesitated that  I'll make one, so I did just to keep in touch with friends in highschool .

I only visit my FB page maybe once or twice a month  LOL [ yeah that's how busy i am guys ]

I was able to keep in touch with 2 of my closest friends way back in college which   lives in London with their daughter Maren [ inaanak ko hehehe] .

then I posted some pictures of my other super cute inaanak in my account and some of my cousins even my kumare made a remark like this:

I arrived at the mall  at exactly 9:30am for my shopping bargain routine  and after going in and out from one store to another ,  my tummy was calling my attention to  eat some good food for  lunch


so  when I  had decided where to  go for  lunch, my tongue buds where also calling my attention to  get my drink  ,
my fave drink  at the BUBBLE TEA KIOSK at THE COURT (this is main mall)

After getting my drink  I  had to  walk  to  the pathway   annex going to  the  PLAZA where I  decided to dine at
 a famous JAPANESE FAST FOOD PLACE in our area. Yes you had read it right FAST FOOD JAP FOOD =)
